If I could give it a zero I would. Ordered a full set of stainless steel pans (order# 1523170) for over $1000 on 12/1 and they have not delivered the product. Order shows pending and I cannot get a response to inquiries sent through their website. The online chat does not work and their phone message says they are too busy to answer. Another example of a company that appears legit using social media to drive sales and never deliver on their promises. I should have done more research and certainly got taken by all of their paid celebrity chef endorsements. Don’t ever buy from this company. Will let Citibank sort this one out. Shame on you Made In and your supposed Red Blooded American founders. You guys are a joke.

This is a poor company to deal with , I bought a frying pan and a saucer pan , the frying pan arrived but the saucer pan didn’t arrive, I contacted the them and they insisted that it was on the FedEx delivery. I asked them to investigate this and then was told it had sold out of the uk warehouse and they were awaiting a new shipment to arrive and I would get it in a week , I didn’t receive it in a week and every time I chased it I was told something different so I asked for my money back , I was told they would look into this as the order was still in transit. I demanded my money back as they had not fulfilled the order , still waiting for my money back . Terrible company, I would not buy from them again and would not recommend them .

We made two separate orders of pans to be sent to family members. Our credit card was charged for both orders, but only one was sent (and one e-mail confirmation). We verified on our credit card statement that both orders were charged. We called Made In Cookware and they said they would check the orders and get back to us. They never contacted us. We are very disappointed in Made In Cookware.

Tried to correct shipping address. Wouldn't do in now I have to reship. I had put in correct address. Their site has issues. Customer service no help. This is my third order and would have had several more to go. Not now. Very very displeased. Now it costs me more to straighten out the mess.

Wish there was a lower rating. I purchased 2 of the carbon steel pans. Food sticks to these pans no matter how many times they are seasoned. I emailed the company for some assistance however they never responded. These pans are expensive and I would expect better quality. I have certainly learned an expensive lesson. From now on I will stick with all clad. At least their products are well made and they actually have customer service.

Bought a stainless clad frying pan to use on my induction hob. The base was not flat and wobbled on the stove top, which also would mean uneven heating using the induction, so asked for a return before even washing it (always check that before doing anything with a new pan). Long story short, we are three weeks later and the pan is still here. Customer service ignores all emails and the live chat says lots of nice things then does nothing. Unfortunately the pan has poor quality control and customer service follows the same suit.

We received the Made In Carbon Steel Griddle as a wedding gift, and unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. We used it once to make pancakes, and immediately after, a large burn spot appeared on the surface. Concerned that the griddle was damaged, I reached out to customer service to inquire about a potential defect or warranty claim. The response I received was not helpful. They claimed the burn mark was simply "food residue" and that I needed to follow their cleaning and re-seasoning instructions. After carefully following their advice, the issue remained. In fact, it was clear that the griddle was visibly damaged after just one cooking session. The surface should not deteriorate like this after one cooking session, especially given that we used it for something as simple as pancakes. When I reached out again, they insisted that the damage was normal and refused to honor their limited warranty, claiming the burn mark was "supposed to look like that." I was shocked by this response—how can a product that promises durability show such obvious damage after only one use? If you're looking for reliable cookware, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This product has failed to meet basic quality expectations, and the warranty process has been frustrating and unhelpful. I had high hopes for this brand, but unfortunately, they did not live up to the reputation.

Bought into the hype and instead of going with All-Clad I gave them a try. The stainless steel was as good as the All-Clad, but the non-stick were just as crappy as the cheap ones!! The non-stick surface began to deteriorate a little after a year, and for a pan that was never dishwashed, scrubbed with an abrassive, had a metal utensil introduced or stacked (all my pans hang), this product failed miserably!! And good luck trying to get a replacement from customer service!! There are much better non-stick pans out there, but I’m not in the business of promoting products so I won’t. All I’ll say is SKIP MADEIN.
