I have kept Made in company and their cookware in high esteem. I believed the company was transparent, honest and always disclosed where they manufactured their products. I was wrong, they are like most other corporations. Products that are made in USA, France and Italy are proudly displayed on their website with the name of the country they were manufactured in while for products that they make in China, the information and therefore the disclosure is not provided. What a shame and disappointment.

It has been 6 months and my complete order still has yet to arrive. After spending over 1k and waiting 6 months. My Dutch oven was just sent. Would highly recommend not buying from them. I wouldn’t go through this headache again. I’ve had to harp them almost weekly since we purchased back in November. It’s now April….

I purchased a Made In non stick 12” frying pan from the Made In website in March of 2023. The non stick material began lifting up about 2 weeks ago. I emailed the company and they said I was out of warranty and they offered me 20% off a new pan. Do not purchase Made In products, at least not the non stick pans. This pan was $150! How does the company justify that price point when the product is obviously a huge fail. I am not the only person that’s had this issue with their non stick frying pan, and they use the same worn out trope. They actually told me that all pans lose their coating. Ok, fine that might be true, but they are selling these pans for $150! I could buy nearly 10 nonstick pans from Walmart or Marshall’s and last as long if non longer.

They WILL spam you
They will send you spam even if you bought something via Amazon. Which may be illegal in some countries that require explicit consent. But even if it's not illegal, it's highly obnoxious and indicates a company whose products are so bad that they have to resort to such dirty tactics.

I was completely dissatisfied with the quality of the product. The non-stick coating of the cookware became full of scratches after the first use, despite following all the provided instructions. The outer layer of the cookware changed color, and even after trying the same methods I used successfully on other stainless steel cookware, it did not improve.
Additionally, it does not distribute heat evenly; in one part of the pan, the food is burning, while in another part, it remains uncooked. The delivery was also very delayed, despite paying an extra fee. Considering the price, it is absolutely not worth it.

Nonstick coating pealing off
Bought a nonstick sauté pan and have used it less than 100 times. That’s nothing for nonstick cookware. The coating has started pealing away from the pan. Made In response I can have a 20% discount on a new pan.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!
I purchased, therefor paid for a Santoku knife from this company, its been a month and still no knife or refund. Made in claims they made a non existent refund, while their system says the knife got sent to Michigan, I have absolutely nothing against Michigan, lovely state, but I live in NEW YORK. After about 40 emails, its like banging my head against the wall, they refuse to admit to their mistakes, refusing to give me a proper refund, I have enough degrees behind my name to see a refund on a bank statement, its a different color for god's sake, basically idiot proof. Or god forbid they actually send me the knife I ordered, it was supposed to be a holiday gift for my husband, engraved and everything. These people have zero customer service and repeating the same thing again and again on a thread is not resolving the problem, honestly, its not the money at all at this point, its principle, if you're going to run a company, its ok to admit that you screwed up and do something about it! Huge mistake getting involved with these people and shopping here, STRONGLY recommend doing your kitchen wave shopping literally ANYWHERE ELSE!

This company is an absolute disaster
This company is an absolute disaster. Out of three orders, every single one had issues, forcing me to endure the nightmare that is their so-called "customer service." To call it incompetent would be an understatement—it’s the most disgraceful, unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered in my life.
Dealing with them felt like a calculated effort to frustrate and humiliate their customers. It’s beyond shocking—it’s insulting. I wouldn’t recommend made in to my worst enemy.
Yes, the products might be very decent, but the experience of buying from them is so infuriating and degrading that it’s not worth it. Save yourself the headache and buy from another brand that actually respects its customers. never ever order here again.
