I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with Made In's quality and customer service has been phenomenal. I started my mini set by ordering a 12-inch fry pan with an engraving, and it took about 2-ish weeks to get to me (probably would have been faster without the engraving). When it came, I noticed it was the wrong engraving, and I was kinda sad because I was excited to start using my new pan. I emailed customer service because it was past their call service hours and got a response in MINUTES!!!! (Literally) I was shocked because I saw reviews saying their customer support was bad. They said that they shipped the one with the proper engraving (FREE OF CHARGE) and it'll be there in 1-5 business days, which it was, and my Shop app gave me a notification confirming that. But the real surprise was that they said that I could keep the one that I had or donate it somewhere!! So now I have 2 12-inch fry pans, a 3 qt saucier, and a stock pot. All of which have done amazing jobs of cooking whatever I throw at them. I'm new to stainless steel cooking, and I've been having so much fun with Made in's cookware, and I'm now eyeing that 5 qt saucier (I know I know, I probably should have gotten a set). Safe to say, I will probably be loyal to this brand for a long time.

I love Made In (and Made In customer service)! What happened: I ordered cookware to be sent to my son for his birthday, it wasn’t accepted at his apartment and was returned to Made In. I called. Customer service resent it to my address FOR NO CHARGE! I then noticed that the same cookware was now on sale. I emailed CS and they gave a credit back to my credit card. Boom. Terrific company. PS. My son LOVES the cookware!
