Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Sent us the wrong order and when we have tried to get a replacement there is no response from the customer service team. Do not choose these if you want a reliable company!

Overpriced pans, poor performance, and no customer support
I had high hopes for Made In cookware, but unfortunately, the experience has been a major letdown. Despite carefully following all the care guidelines — using oil, preheating, avoiding high heat, handwashing, and using the correct utensils — the pans still stick badly. I literally can’t fry an egg without it gluing itself to the surface.
When I reached out to customer support, I was asked a series of overly specific questions that felt more like an attempt to shift blame than to actually help. I answered thoroughly and followed up twice… and was met with total silence.
For the price point, these pans should be reliable and easy to cook with. Instead, I’m left with expensive cookware that doesn’t work and a support team that ghosts customers. Extremely disappointing.

MadeIn 4th replacement
MadeIn has a good customer service but does not know how to make a good ceramic coated pan. I just received my 4th replacement for a 10" ceramic pan and still it is not defect free. The first one was no longer non-stick after a few uses, the second one chipped after I used it 5 times, the third replacement ceramic coating was almost like sand paper, the last one was somewhat better but still had a rough finish on one side. I am tired to deal with them, I prefer their old non-stick pans snd their steel pans are very good.

Very poor service
I've been chasing for weeks for my order, barely any responses - certainly none that reassure me I haven't been conned out of my money.
At this point I feel like I've been scammed, especially after reading these Trustpilot reviews.
I've had to resort to contacting various higher-ups on LinkedIn in the hopes I get some kind of decent communication and an idea of when my order will actually arrive. None have responded yet but I've only just contacted them so will update when I hopefully hear back from them.
Please save yourself the stress of dealing with Made In Cookware, they're a nightmare.
I will continue to update this post as things progress (or not).
EDIT: One person on LinkedIn has responded saying they will look in to it within the hour which is reassuring.
EDIT 2: They've responded to let me know they're on the case with the CEO. They do seem to have deleted a comment on their Facebook page where I detailed the steps I've had to resort to which I've reposted just in case it was an error, I'll update if they delete it again.
Just in case they do, here's my message:
"I signed up to LinkedIn today just to be able to message your CEOs etc in order to try and get some kind of resolution and have had a response, so at least someone is looking in to it at the moment.
Feel free to check my various messages on your CRM system for both the USA and UK for my details which I left multiple times over the last month.
I left my phone number on one email asking to be contacted and didn't received a call either.
I have tried hello@madeincookware,
support@madeincookware, live chat USA, live chat UK, LinkedIn CEOs, marketing directors etc (7 people so far I think). Facebook and possibly one or two other social sites, just to get some kind of update on my order which is way overdue.
I've left reviews on Google and Trustpilot so far and will hold off continuing on my rampage, like making a YT review etc as someone is finally doing something, but will continue to let as many people know about your service if I don't receive any kind of meaningful resolution soon.
I just wanted to buy some apparently high-quality pans..."
EDIT 3:
Someone from the CX team contacted me over Facebook messenger to update me. They didn't have the full set of pans that I had ordered (despite getting an email from them specifically to tell me the set was back in stock, and me then ordering within 5 minutes of receiving the email) around a month ago.
They have offered to send a white pan rather than the blue that is part of the set. I've accepted because I just need the set of pans to cook with and have no idea how long I'd continue to have to wait for the blue one.
I'll see how long it takes for them to arrive and if they're all in one piece etc (have read some bad reviews on poor quality so I have my fingers crossed) then update here and other reviews accordingly.
Edit 4: They have refunded 10% of my order as a small apology and are expediting the shipping, so fingers crossed I'll see it soon..
Edit 5: 2 days later and no updates or shipping notifications, back on to chasing. :S
Edit 6: Chased again and got a tracking number finally for the set of 13 pans (minus the white pan which is supposed to be arriving later). The pans (well two) arrived next day via DPD. No paperwork in the box and just 2 of the 13 pans when I was expecting 12.... 🤷♂️
Chasing again... Wish me luck.
Edit 7: The order finally arrived with two pans rather than all of them but it seems the order was split in to two packages and the second arrived a day or two later. At the time I was worried they had messed the order up so had to chase again to get answers.
The carbon steel pan that arrived had a very slight wobble when on a flat surface (not ideal for induction, could actually be within tolerances) but they offered to replace the pan so that's good. Doesn't matter for other cooking methods of course but with induction it can create uneven heat.
The other out of stock replacement pan looks to finally have a tracking number so I'm hoping it turns up in the next few days.
All in all it's taken over a month from ordering and has been a lot of hassle and chasing.
I'm happy with the pans, they seem decent quality but I'm no chef.
I get the impression that if I had just left things they would have eventually turned up but this isn't what they advertise on their website for delivery times and communication is very poor.
They're very disorganised but not malicious. The lack of support is probably due to being overwhelmed with customers like me, wondering where their order is. Their tactic is probably to ignore and hope the problem goes away as peoples orders eventually arrive with them.
I found their Facebook help the most responsive, I usually got a reply within a day or three.
FYI: I signed up to the LinkedIn Premium Sales tier which is free for 30 days and this allowed me to message them as a sales lead

Not worth it don’t buy Made In Cookware
I was really excited about the Made In nonstick pan. It looked great and felt sturdy. But after just a few uses, the nonstick coating started to come off. Now, everything sticks to it, which is super frustrating. I even tried cooking eggs, and they were a disaster!
To make things worse, their customer service was awful. I contacted them about the warranty, but they weren't helpful at all. I've included a video in this review to show you exactly what happened with the pan and my experience with their customer service.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with this pan. It's definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Worthless spammers
They recently started emailing an unending stream of spam. Daily, sometimes multiple times per day. I vowed years ago to never, ever do business with a company that forces their way into my inbox.

Don’t make that Purchase!!
Don’t make that Purchase!!! This company claims to have such quality products but as soon as something goes wrong they do not stand behind the product. The 10” skillet had the coating peel after gentle care. All they offered was a 20% of another purchase. Why would anyone make another purchase only to have it happen again. They should have a least replaced the piece. I have ordered numerous pieces over the years but no more. Extremely upset!

159.00$ non stick that sticks ceramic 12 inch pan…
159.00$ non stick ceramic 12 inch pan bought may 2024 has a dark spot in its center and the non stick is not nonsticking. emailed CS with pic and detailed complaint, emailed me back to try cleaning it (which I do every usage) and said no warranty on nonstick. AWFUL company. All clad and heritage for me. sadly I've spent 1000.00$+ on their SS pans which are good, but im done with them now.
