I ordered a 40 piece flatware set and a 20 piece flatware set for a total of $458. The utensils were too large for my liking and I sent them back unused and in original packaging. I was only refunded $300. I’ve tried calling multiple times and their phone lines are turned off. They direct you to email. I have emailed 4 times with no response, I’m not sure what else to try but I’d like to get the rest of my money back. Horrible customer service.

Diabolical customer service
Diabolical customer service. I have been waiting for over three weeks for a refund and despite chasing several times, i have yet to receive an acknowledgment of my return or confirmation of my refund. “Ralph” in the customer service has been my main contact and he appears to have absolutely no clue. Per my last email, i will be raising a dispute with my credit card company, to get my refund, because it is apparent this company has no regard for consumer rights

Two tier service
Like all other companies, madein espouse and laude themselves for their exceptional customer service, which couldn't be further from the truth.
What they employ instead is a two tier service level, that favours people they sponsor over ordinary customers. I know this because the level of service I have received vs that of a sponsoree's has been poles apart!
I thought I would give them a try consdering just how responsive and friendly their service to a sponsoree, of whom I am aware of, had been. I spoke extensively with the sponsoree who even convinced me to buy their products over other competitors as they were great quality, reliant and so on and so forth.
However that is certainly not the case and my recent query for additional information has absolutely put me off dealing with this company. I was more than happy to spend over £1000 on the basis of the sponsoree's relationship with the company, but having experienced it for myself, they have lost themselves a potential customer.

Overcharged and received no reply to emails
Ordered a frying pan after seeing an avert on insta.
Advert said made in Italy and sale currently happening.
Ordered the pan at $99.99 free shipping.
Got charged full price on my credit card.
When I received the product it was not made in Italy as advertised and had a different design on the base.
Emailed them multiple times about being over charged and have never received any response.

Poor customer service
I really wanted to like Made In, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing, both in terms of logistics and customer service.
I placed a time-sensitive order for a gift after confirming with a representative that, although express shipping wasn’t available for sale items, they could add a note to expedite processing. I was told (without guarantees) that the item would likely ship by Monday. Based on that, I placed the order.
Over the following days, I spoke with multiple representatives, all of whom reiterated that the order had been "flagged" and a note was in place, suggesting it was being prioritized. Not once during these conversations was I told that nothing could be done to speed up the order. In fact, the first representative explicitly told me:
“Since it’s the weekend, it’s possible your order will be processed and shipped out by Monday. We’ll do our best to get it moving as quickly as possible.”
Eventually, after pressing repeatedly, I was told the item would ship by Friday, which was far too late for my travel plans. At that point, I asked for the issue to be escalated.
I received a call from a supervisor named Thomas, who was not only unhelpful but also dismissive and rude, cutting me off mid-sentence and offering no resolution. Ultimately, the order was canceled and refunded, leaving me without a gift and no time to find an alternative.
This experience was frustrating not because of a shipping delay, which I could have understood, but because of the misleading communication, wasted time, and extremely poor customer service. I expected more from a company with Made In’s reputation.
