Great products and great customer service

I recently decided to get rid of our non stick pans and replace them with stainless steel. After doing considerable research for professional pans I decided to go with Made In based on quality, price and the positive comments they received for customer service. I purchased two pans and was pleased with their performance so I ordered two more pans. Yesterday evening I received the pans and had a question about them so I emailed them with my question last night. Mid morning today I received a response from Sarah. Her response was very timely and thorough. I was extremely impressed with how quickly she replied to my question and the depth she went in to answer me. I get the impression this is the norm for them not the exception.

Customer service was extremely quick, helpful, and easy to reach for a defective pan. They really stand by their product and it shows if you ever have an issue. Within 24 hours, they had my replacement ready to go. This makes me extremely happy to be a Made In customer, and I will continue to support this brand going forward. I have never had such an easygoing experience with a company before. MJ was awesome!

Love this company. Great professional level products and excellent service. I had a minor problem which MJ resolved immediately. All the pots and carbon steel products which I use often are amazing. Just bought the grill for outdoors and used it for pancakes which was fun. It cooks evenly and perfectly. I have recommended this company to all my friends and they love it as well.
