What can I say?...made-in is the Lamborghini of cookware. The only warning i have is once you add a new cookware item, it will ruin everything else you own. I have been changing out all my items to made-in over past few years. Its that good...that we'll designed. In addition to outstanding product, the customer service is equally impressive. I emailed today and Joy not only provided the answers to my question but she closed the sale because she was so efficient in the nicest most respectful way. So glad I found this company.

I reached out to MadeIn for a problem with a frying pan and the company did a great job making things right and standing by their warranty. I had a warranty issue. Their instructions for initiating a request are easy to follow. I submitted my request, gave them a little more information, and it was done. Their representative was friendly and easy to deal with. Left me with a great feeling and I'll be back in the saddle again soon!

I emailed MadeIn to ask about an item I saw on a video on their website. They responded immediately and told me that they would check with the chef and get back to me. They did follow through with this, and I was pleasantly surprised of their Customer service. I ended up getting my answer and bought the product. It’s not a product they sell on their website yet. They were still willing to help me out. Great Customer service!

Very high quality items. Easy to communicate with company. Responsive staff and a company that takes pride in their products. Warranty is great. We have several items from Made In and will purchase again.

I bought a frying pan that had a defect, so I contacted Made In and received a response almost immediately. I submitted the visual evidence and within a day received tracking info for the shipment of my replacement pan. Pretty tough to beat this kind of quality customer service!
