Made-in does not actually manufacture anything themselves, they contract out with factories so the quality is constantly changing. They are very active on Reddit, especially the cookware subreddit, with multiple anonymous accounts. I bought a knife from them and the logo was rusty out of the box. They are great at marketing, but that’s about it.

Purchased a Made In Procoat Non-Stick Graphite Pan for $270, naive as I was, believing that high price meant high quality. First use frying bacon, I heated the pan over medium heat before applying a little oil, when the pan started smoking - not a good sign. Afterwards, I noticed several scratches despite being careful turning the bacon. Want to warn others considering buying this expensive pan that is quite obviously using ordinary PTFE despite the marketing hype with claims like "70X longer duration", "Professional Heat Resistance". Never again will I buy anything from this company.

The product does not stand up for what it speaks. Very poor quality. I called and advised them about the situation, and they stated to cook with more greasy meats and then see what happens. Well I did what they told me to no avail.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I wanted to buy a significant amount of cookware from Made In, including a Stainless Saucepan Set with Antique Brass handles, a Frying Pan Set, and a Carbon Steel Wok. Instead of placing an order, I ended up spending several days exchanging emails with customer support. The experience was frustrating from start to finish. I was initially told the issue was related to my browser cache and cookies. Then I was told a cleaning kit in my cart was causing the problem. After removing that item, the order appeared to work. Later, I was told the Stainless Saucepan Set itself could not be shipped to New Zealand, despite it being visible on the New Zealand version of the website, configurable, and able to be added to my cart. Throughout the process I provided screenshots, followed instructions, repeated information to multiple support staff, and spent far more time than should ever be necessary simply trying to buy cookware. My biggest disappointment is not that a particular item was unavailable. It is that Made In's website appeared to allow me to purchase products that were apparently unavailable for my location, while customer service provided conflicting explanations over several days before finally arriving at an answer. For a company that invests heavily in online marketing, influencer sponsorships, and international promotion, I expected a much smoother customer experience. I was ready to spend a significant investment with Made In. Instead, I was left frustrated, disappointed, and with little confidence in the company's ability to provide accurate information or support customers outside the United States. The cookware may be excellent. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to find out.

Purchased a $300, got a limited edition Japanese knife and in less than a year the whole edge of it was chipped warped and broken. They said since it was more than 45 days they'd only give me store credit. A knife is supposed to last a lifetime. These don't last a year. Sorry but it's junk.

These pans are terrible! A very soft metal and EVERYTHING sticks to them. They also wear quickly. I am a retired chef and I own many Stainless Steel pans and of course know how to use them correctly so proteins release. I have reached out to customer service twice and have still not received an email.
