I love my Made In products! I put them on my wedding registry and they are definitely a buy it for life product because they are super durable. I also love that my favorite professional chefs like Mashama Bailey from The Grey in Savannah use it!

Been using this cookware for years and slowly replacing old cookware. Professional quality items, cool collaborations with chefs, and very helpful customer service. Favorite thing about it is the durability and high performance of the pieces I own today. Also they are great with providing care instructions ensuring that this cookware lasts a lifetime.

I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I've been buying from them for a couple of years. I've bought tableware, cookware, bakeware, towels, and I have had nothing but 100% positive experience with them, from the products themselves to the ordering and shipping process, and the people themselves. The one time I had to cancel an order, they didn't give me any trouble about it at all. Maybe I've been lucky, but I've found every product I've ordered from them (and there have been a LOT -- my kitchen looks like a MadeIn showroom) to be of utmost high quality. My contacts with them have been responded to quickly and efficiently.

I've replaced nearly my entire kitchen with Made In products over the last 3 years. The quality is un-matched, especially for the price.

The quality is top-notch, everything feels solid and well-made, and it all holds up really well over time. Shipping is always quick, and I haven't been disappointed with anything I’ve received. DEFINITELY recommend if you’re looking for high-quality kitchen gear.

Have ordered 10 times. Customer service and shipping are always great and fast. Products have lasted way longer than any cookware I've ever used before. Beautiful and functional. Highly recommended

I've been using Made In for over 5 years and the quality and performance are unmatched. I have replaced all of my all-clad piece by piece and I love it. From Cookware to Plateware.

Placed an order for multiple items and although the out for delivery notification indicated all item are included, I only received a single pan. Delivery receipt shown only 1 piece delivered, fortunately shows the weight too. I contacted Made In on their online chat, the agent advised she will investigate. Long story short, after multiple emails and more online chats, Made In have gone silent on me, no further communications except their regular marketing mails. I have no idea when I can expect the balance of my delivery. I have now raised a dispute with PayPal and will let them sort this mess with an absolute diabolical company. I am in the UK, and if you are too, I would really reconsider your dealings with this company. Wish I had read these other reviews prior to purchasing from them. Edit - 25/02/2025 I feel although the above still stands, the product is deserving of a better review, been very happy with the products we purchased, I really enjoy doing steaks using the stainless pan, fried eggs have never been better using the non stick. Overall very happy and will be purchasing more to complete the set. Edit - 01/03/2026 Changing this to a 5 star as I had a warranty claim that was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. And as written before, the product is top drawer, customer support has caught up!
