I saw online that Madame Bridal had the wedding dress that my daughter was looking for. Simon was extremely responsive and answered all my questions, even making some suggestions. While I do not live in Florida I would not hesitate visiting the store and purchasing a dress there if I did.

I placed my order on 26 April 2026 and received confirmation the same day, with a stated delivery time of up to 25 business days. Over the following weeks, I sent multiple emails, website messages, and text messages requesting an update, but received no response whatsoever. Only after more than 30 business days had passed did the company finally contact me to advise that the order had been delayed and would not arrive before July. The dress was ordered for my daughter's prom, which means it will arrive at least two weeks after the event. Had we been informed of the delay earlier, we could have purchased an alternative dress elsewhere. Instead, we were left waiting without any communication and have now lost precious time to find another suitable option. The delay itself is disappointing, but the complete lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. What should have been an exciting occasion for my daughter has turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. I am now requesting a full and immediate refund of the amount paid. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
