"It is disappointing to see a review that omits the most critical part of the transaction. While you mention our clear no-return policy, you failed to mention that you have kept the dress without providing payment after initiating a chargeback. Attempting to keep a high-end designer gown while simultaneously forcing a refund through a bank is a practice known as 'friendly fraud.' We are a dedicated boutique, and while our prices are indeed good, they rely on honest transactions between the store and the client."
