Thank you for your feedback. We always try to fully describe and picture the equipment for auction and at times have to rely on Sellers information. This is why we encourage all Bidders to attend Preview Day to be sure they carefully inspect the equipment and do your due diligence before bidding.

Thanks for your feedback Chris. We actually do send out an email alert 2 hours before the auction begins to close as well as email alerts when you're outbid on an item. I would suggest checking your Spam folder and even whitelisting hibid.com and madalyn.pro to ensure you get notifications on time.
