Never received product. So disappointed. Supposed to be a gift to my daughter for Mother’s Day from her daughters

Finished product looks NOTHING like the photos. Vendor claims to be a part of the official Disney Store even in their photos and that is definitely not the case. They refuse to acknowledge any fault in their false advertising either. The images online clearly show images that are not flat on the mug. The image on the mug is completely flat and looks awful. Your only hope for recouping money from this company is reporting it to your bank as fraud and hoping they agree.

What was sent was not what was pictured. The light didnt work. It is cheap dollar store junk. Customer service wouldn't issue refund. I filed a dispute with paypal and they tried to get me to cancel the dispute by offering me a refund saying they couldn't do a refund without the dispute being cancelled. Paypal advised not to because once the dispute is cancelled, it cant be reopened and they couldnt help with a refund. Basically, it was a trick to keep paypal from getting my money back for me. Do not do business with this company!

Product was not like the picture I ordered from. They did not want to hear that.Customer service is awful.

I purchased a mug for Mother’s Day, and it is completely different from what was advertised. In the advertisement, it appeared to have attached ornaments, but in reality, the images are simply printed on the mug like a cheap $5 custom cup. The print quality is not even clear. This feels very misleading and honestly comes across as a scam.

The advertising was fake and nothing like the final product. The personalization that was shown on the mug in the ad was non existent and could not be read. I tried to work with the vendor, but all they want to do is give you a partial refund but I was so disappointed with this product as it was so cheap and overpriced for what was sent. They require videos and pictures that I sent and it was still a run around to accept responsibility for their lies. Horrible scam company

Product came nothing as described. Was a cheap 2d design when the ad was clearly a 3d design. Plan on filing a claim on my card .

Very terrible experience and continues to get worse. Received the product, which is absolute garbage, but luckily it showed up broken so I thankfully had a way to get out of it and get a refund. Then they wouldn't reimburse the shipping cost. It is a terrible product and a terrible company, I hope everyone stays away.
