Deceptive items. Ordered a 3d acrylic lamp and I received a flat posterboard with a picture of a lamp on it.

I made the mistake of ordering The Mother of Mayhem mug for my wife for Mother's Day before reading the reviews on this company. To be honest it was even worse than I expected first of all the Instagram picture definitely showed a 3D carving. I assumed if the personalized stuff couldn't be 3D at least everything else would be, I was wrong. It was completely flat.

My daughter & son ordered Best Mom Ever 3D mug. The advertised picture clearly shows a mug with a proper 3D design. What arrived was a mug with a cheap 2D silkscreen image. After providing a 1 Star Review (which of course was not allowed on their website), which we said that "Simply put, you cannot equate what is being advertised to what is being sold. The pictures you advertise are CLEARLY 3D, with embellishments on the mug - NOT a flat picture. You can easily tell the depth of the advertised item. The above is inaccurate and misleading." MACustom wrote back claiming that the mug was covered with a protective film (not true - there is no film) and that their "item is a flat 2d ceramic mug with a printed design on one side (not a 3D product)" and only offered a 20% refund on the order. Not worth the time or aggravation, but we will never order from them again. I wish we could include pictures so you could see the true difference.

Worst purchase bad quality

Terrible quality, worst decision to get this as a gift.

Not at all like the picture not even close. The two balloons is my grandson’s six letter names are unreadable. They’re so small. The picture makes it look like it’s super bright and shiny and it is not at all. I was embarrassed to give this to My daughter as a gift.

UPDATE: they have recently issued me a $58.00 refund of my $115.74 order. 4 items ordered...the lightbox is cheap plastic and even though it's 2 dimensional and supposed to have a dimmer, it looks better unlit and there is no dimmer.. when lit the design is just washed out..ABSOLUTELY NOT worth $53.99...as for the mug, COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH...it CLEARLY shows a gold plate with charms hanging off of it...I received a single layer design with everything printed on..no plate, no dangling charms...tgey did offer me a 10% refund and finally offered 50% after i continued to complain..BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

It’s my fault for not reading the reviews before making the purchase. Pads make it seem like such high-quality imaging but in reality it’s extremely poor quality. Stay clear from this company.
