The mug that I received was nothing like what was advertised. The mug was very expensive for a low quality mug. The design was just painted on the mug, very cheap quality. Definitely not worth the money. I would never recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever order from them again.

I would never buy again, I was led to believe it was a color changing mug and I followed the links filled out the customization, waited the 6 weeksand i got a poorly printed mug, i called and told them my order was wrong and they said, now they were right and if o wanted they could discount the right mug, so the mug i wanted for mothers day would have been 50 dollars, keep your money, don't buy this!

Don’t, just don’t. I would like to know how they have the nerve to post a 3 dimensional picture in a licensed Disney Happy Mother’s Day Box and then have the nerve to send me a 1 dimensional mug with names that can barely be read!! How dare they. And then after doing some research you find others who are also deceptively selling the identical mug but at less than half the price!!

This was like a Temu purchase and this company should be shut down. I felt so bad giving this mug to my wife for Mother’s Day. You could not see the writing for my 3 kid’s name and nothing like the picture during checking out. This company really sucks and should be ashamed of the selling the mug that is so small. At this point a shot glass with kid’s name on it would have been more appropriate versus this ridiculous mug.

What arrived in a mailbox, looks nothing like what I actually ordered. The names were wrong for my children, this was a mother's day gift and its completely wrong. HORRIBLE QUALITY AN VERY MISLEADING

Awful experience and customer service. Asked for a replacement (not refund) for something that looked like junk. Do not buy from them. It’s a crapshoot if you get what you ordered and if you don’t, you’re not getting your money back or a replacement.

Don’t waste your money on these cheaply made products! They advertise everything as 3d works of art and unless you want a 2d piece of plastic with the image printed on it, I wouldn’t recommend buying. This is nothing like it shows
