Low quality and the wrong names were engraved making this gift completely useless. I am currently seeking a refund.

Photo shows textured mug. The names were messed up on the mug when it came. Also, ordered for mothers day, and it showed up a month later. WTAF

I received a stitch graduation pillow that was the cheapest I have ever seen. Definitely not worth the money. It's advertised as an actual stitch doll; this is a picture printed turned into a stuffy. Listen to the reviews they aren't worth the time and money

The item was terrible. Nothing like the pictures and ads. Complete false advertisement. It looked like it would be 3D and sparkle. It is just a flat print on a mug. You can see the lines from the edges of the paper printed on the cup. Complete waste of money.

Didn't receive the mothers day gift I ordered. Requested a refund and all they did was play email tag & proceed to tell me they can send a replacement or give me a 50% refund. Told them over & over its too late to send a replacement since mothers day was over & they refuse to give me a full refund. I'm not paying $20 for absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service. It was like talking to a wall.

I wrote a not so nice review, because I didn't recieve what my husband ordered for me. Someone answered and showed my order and it was plainly wrong. I was so glad because everyone that has written to me have been rude and tell me I got what was ordered. Then why did thr person who wrote to me from the review showed me the order and it showed the cup I ordered and told d top by step personalization. Is it possible that the same person will get this.

You be honest with your customers, by showing the real items I received, rather than the fake pictures you show on your website. Quality is not something that you care about! After receiving the mugs and seeing what they really are, pieces of shit, I contacted your customer support team and after several emails, you had the audacity to offer and then issue a $30 refund, when what I requested was a full refund. My little granddaughters could have done a better job of the two mugs and had fun with them. Your company needs to be held accountable for the poor quality products, you make look really good on your website.

I can’t see my kids name on the mug, and where the Handel is, you ca see white and it doesn’t change and looks bad. When I looked at the site the mug in the picture was good, what I got made me mad. I’d like to get a refund. I would NOT recommend this to anyone and I haven’t even shown it to anyone, because I know they would ask how much I paid and it’s not worth it. I’m actually embarrassed of it.
