Lettering is NOT limited to how many letters you can use. So my $60 item is junk. It looks stupid with the way it came out. Had your site had a limit on the # of letters this would have been avoided. I reach out to customer service, provided all information, and was met with oh, it's your fault we printed what you said. Well no, ya didn't. You printed 6 letters out of 12. And then had the stupidity to offer me 30% off to get another one. This was a Christmas gift. No longer a customer and will never recommend your website.

The product online looks really nice, however when I received them the design and personalization was very cheap looking like it came from the dollar store. I am very disappointed and I will not be purchasing anything from your company again.

A flat product not 3d like advertisement very disappointing

Terrible company I placed my order on December 1st for a couple of Christmas gifts and guess what they are still NOT HERE!!! I contacted customer service and all they can say is that are in transit!! Don’t buy from them they are a horrible company with ridiculous customer service !!!

The product arrived broken and not fixable! Tried to correspond with the company and no reply was received! Would not buy from them again!

Product advertising completely misrepresented what I received. the product was way over priced. I expected a 3D figure and received a cheap printed on plastic sheet. Customer service would only provide a small 10% refund.

The item that I received force way of ever price. For what I thought it was, it did not look like what was advertised. It was smaller then what I thought it should be In the shipping time was extremely too long. I've been waiting for something for almost a month.I would have been nice to know that it was coming from a slow boat from china

I ordered an advent calendar in November and I received it December 27th. A little late to count down the 12 days before Christmas. It was in a flimsy box and even though I am saving it for next year, I did open one and it’s very tiny. When ordered I should have been told that item may not arrive before Christmas. After reading the reviews I am at least grateful I received it at all as some people never received their item.
