When the ornament arrived it was not what I expected. I expected 3 D it was flat and you hardly read the personalization on it. It barely arrived in time for Christmas. Very disappointed

Picture did not represent the item I received. Horrible! Will never order again ever. Don’t be fooled, you’ll only be dissapointed.

I ordered Christmas ornaments for my daughter and 2 nieces on Thanksgiving weekend. It is now January 5th and they still haven't been received .I am very disappointed. They have been in a warehouse since the week before Christmas and have sat there since.

I ordered; Shimmering Fairytail Couple Acrylic Light It's a flat piece of plastic with a printed-out decal, with a string of lights glued inside. It looks nothing like what they advertised!

Definitely not what I was expecting. When I saw the pictures of what I was ordering, I expected the custom pillow/military stuffed animal to actually be more cut out or three-dimensional instead of just a printed on pillow blob.

I ordered a dragon book initial. It was cheaply made and had The wrong name on it. It was a Christmas gift and it Came the Thursday before Christmas and i Had to scramble to find a new present. And i Had to fight to get my refund. Will never order from here again.

Very poor quality and PayPal will not cover your purchase! Ordered a beautiful light up product that looks 3d. All I received was 2 pieces of plastic with an led light I'm between them and a sticker pasted to the plastic and ended up paying $77 for it. Made my complaint through PayPal and they decided to side with the vendor due to the purchase being ineligible. I don't get this but warming to all. Most foreign purchases will advertise a high quality product then ship you a cheap product then they try to negotiate your refund by offering you 10%, 20%. This way they still make profit.
