Well being a Christian it would have made sense to make the Jesus item in crystal or glass. Then a light would have shinned through the bottom and glimmered at the top crown....Instead its back and front layers of white plastic with Jesus painted on the other side...bright LED lights are in the center gap and when plugged in it does not look even close to the item I paid over $100.00

I ordered the Harry Potter themed ornament with the stack of books in the background. I saw a few other reviews and agree that the ornament in the advertisement seems to be more three dimentional than the finished product. I thought it was cute, but was a little disappointed.

I have ordered a couple Christmas tree ornaments from Macustom in the past and was not displeased in the least with the item. However, the boxes they came in were damaged and unusable for later storage. Most recently, I purchased a readers pillow that absolutely did not meet my expectation, BUT after filing a grievance, I was directed to a web page explaining the difference between actual 3D and 3D-shadowing affect which made complete sense and was quite helpful. I would, however, have returned the pillow had it not been a gift from my 3-year-old grandbaby who was excited for me to have it, and honestly I'm quite enjoying it now that I've done some minimal reconstruction to the pillow, myself. To the Macustom Team, rather than be just someone who complains, I'd like to offer a simple solution. The pillow was overstuffed causing the letter to fold into itself. Fortunately, there was a side zipper and I was able to remove a portion of the stuffing, making the pillow more appealing and comfortable to use. I would recommend, if funds are available, that you try stuffing with memory foam cubes and keep the zipper for easy laundering. All-in-all my experience with this company has been pleasant with outstanding staff associates. In fact, I have ordered yet another tree ornament that I wish I had seen for 2025, but it will make my daughter literally jump and squeak when she sees it. Looking forward to its arrival but hoping it doesn't take months to arrive as the pillow did.

Product looks good and had no problem using it. While it arrived with no problem it was hard to track while in transportation. Other wise I am very happy with the product.

It did take a while to receive the ornament! I guess I didn’t read the description!! The picture didn’t match the ornament I received!!

Not what I expected. Just a flat piece of acrylic with a printed picture. But the wife still loved it so I have 3 stars instead of 1. $57 dollars is alot for this item. If it was more reasonable I would have given 4 stars.

We finally received the product. It took over a month to get it. When we received it, it was not what we expected. We thought it was a 3D figurine, but what we received was nothing like that.

The ad on Facebook was misleading about the size of the princess ornaments but my granddaughters were happy with then. didnt realize they were shipping from China so they were very late to be an advent gift.
