They advertise with a really cool AI video of the product. It makes it look amazing. When the product shows up it's just a cheap piece of trash, that isn't worth 1/4 of what I paid. They try to offer 10% and say well it was described in the description which is not really noticeable unless you look just to cover themselves. Total bait and switch. They have to know what they are doing. Don't buy anything from these guys.

Unfortunately I was quite disappointed. The glass was not 3d as advertised. Just a decal on the glass with a name. At least it’s Star Wars an it will go into a box as a collectible item.

I was expecting to get the ornament i saw online. The ornament they picture is bigger and 3D. The ornament I got was essentially a flat piece of plastic with a sticker attached. It took a month to get and I paid $40. Not worth the money.

The item took forever to come. I ordered before Christmas thinking it would be here and it arrived the second week of January.

My experience seems the same as others. For the price I was expecting to get what I saw. A 3d ornament, but it was not. It was flat. Nice still though. Very overpriced for a flat ornament. I did receive it before Christmas, but was worried I wouldn't as there was no update unless I asked.

I ordered my glass about a month ago and still haven’t received it yet so I can’t say that I like it. And the tracking always takes me to a blank page so I have no idea when I’ll receive my glass. It was for my husband for Christmas and didn’t get here. So ask me again when I get it how I liked my glass.

I was very excited to get this ornament. When it arrived it was a flat acrylic ornament and not a 3-D design. Maybe I misread the description, but the photo was misleading. It is very nicely made with bright colors and is a thick acrylic- so it will be durable. After my first shock at opening it, it is very nice. The shipping times in the listing were not accurate at all. I ordered on Nov 19 and this arrived Dec 22. So if you need this in 8-10 days do not expect it to be on your doorstep in that time frame. I have a very successful Etsy shop and know that shipping can be difficult in November and December, but I do not feel the seller was upfront about shipping times in their listing description. I would also suggest indicating clearly somewhere in the description that this is not a three-dimensional ornament that it is a flat acrylic design.

Not as advertised and took over a month to arrive
