Not what I expected at all and nothing like the picture shows. Very disappointing. Very poor workmanship on it.

I placed my order 1 month before needed. Received a delivery email however product was not there. Emailed Macustom 3 times after weeks of waiting I finally got a response telling me it was reshipped. After another delivery email product has still not arrived. There is no way to contact the company now.

Ordered a gift that was supposed to be 3d acrylic once I received the item it was flat had hot glue hanging all over it. Very bad quality still havent heard back from company about a refund. Never recommend

The item I ordered was way different than the one advertised. Too expensive, cheap looking and took to long to deliver

The photos of the product do not match what you get. I ordered the book Letter pillow, and in the photos, you can clearly see the dragon is 3D and looks like a stuffed animal sewn onto the pillow. The pillow is also a blue velvet with seamed sides that show a front, back, and side panel all around. That is also false. It is only a front and back panel, which means the pillow has no shape. The actual product is a 2D print on plain white fabric and looks terrible. This company is a scam. I asked for a refund and they would not, even though their website says money back guarantee. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN REPORTED AND ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!

Absolutely terrible !! I ordered a Christmas ornament in early November never received until January 26th. I cancelled the order through my credit card … this company ignored the fact my item was not received and was held for fraudulent postage on their end. Resent the ornament again. Very cheap quality nothing what it look like on their website.. BE AWARE!! 3 months for delivery
