Stella walked me through how to find attachments in the email pdfs. She was very patient and gave me the visual of how I should be doing it when I wasn't understanding the written instructions. Exceptional customer service on her part.

Technical chat was great: Couldn‘t find the email with my license key. It looks like my email provider filtered the email completely. But within chat with tech support I could activate my OLM viewer software. It works quite well.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Email filtering can occasionally block important messages, so we’re glad our support team could quickly step in and help you activate your OLM Viewer without delays. It’s good to hear the software is working well for you. If you need help retrieving your license again or have any questions moving forward, feel free to reach out anytime.

Refused to refund the purchase when the software was handling time incorrectly. The refund policy is useless as bugs are considered features so they won't refund.
Response from MacSonikMay 6, 2026
We are sorry for your experience. We take time-handling issues seriously. Our policy considers fixable cases, but we’ll review yours. Please contact support with details so we can reassess and assist further.

Tech support was great. I'm not sure why I had to go to tech support to get a free add on feature but nonetheless, they helped me and were very efficient.
