So I ordered a set of rails for my Apple XServe listed as new on their website for $83. This shipping was a tad excessive at $32, but whatever. I placed the order on Saturday and Monday I get an email telling me that part was the used part price and they only have new parts left which are now $115. This is exactly in line with what all these other customers are posting about. I'd as soon twist tie this server in place as order from these guys.

Horrible business practices. I found a part I needed and on completing the order, Macpalace upped the price by almost $100. Bait and switch. I will be putting this on my Facebook page!!! Boycott them and don't trust them!!!!

As you can see by the previous reviews this business likes to change the price ofter your order has been accpeted and confirmed. They pulled this sam stunt on me. I ordered on a Friday and recieved a confimation email that same day. the following Sunday I get an email from them stating "Unfortunately 661-2332 has been marked up. The new price is $99. If you are still interested in the part please let us know that you agree with the new price so that we proceed to processing your order." The price increase as of the date of this review remained at the original price as shown on thier website. My crediit card was immediatley alerted to any attempted charges from MacPalace. How does this guy stay in business. Just look at all the reviews. Buyer beware of Macpalace.

After returning a repair part in the same month of purchase, it took nearly six months to receive the credit. After many follow-ups and the threat of a small claims court action, the refund check arrived. It was $100. less that the purchase price. Perhaps the worst business experience during my life of > 50 years.

Charged me for a part. 4 days later sent me out an email requesting more money before they would ship it. Stay away from these guys

I had purchased from MacPalace previously without issue however I purchased a MacBook Pro Logic Board this past spring for my MBP in Asia. The Apple repair center tested the board twice and found it was faulty. I later read in other reviews this often happens with items from MacPalace. I sent the board back with business partners who sent it FedEx to MacPalace to be replaced. I contacted them over and over again by both email and phone. They finally said they would send a replacement to my friend who was returning to Asia. All information and details were sent to MacPalace a month before his departure. Nothing was sent, I called them, got the run around, they said they would issue a refund - no refund, no response. I finally submitted all the details and correspondence to Wells Fargo Credit Card Fraud control to force the refund. 'They are scam artist, unethical and should not be trusted under any circumstances. I wish I had read reviews about them before I ever started on this adventure. You are warned - I would not do business with them under ANY circumstances and would sue them if I was in the US.

We ordered a part on the 17th of November for a MacBook Pro display assembly. As everyone else stated bait and switch. They do this everytime. Anyways, we needed the part so we went ahead and ordered it. They told us it would be 3-5 days from the 17th. NOPE. That was a lie. They told us that it was on backorder and said it would be here in a few more days. Well, MacPalace, where the heck is my part almost a month later? Now my client is really upset at us all because we ordered parts from you. From now on, we will never spend a cent or waste our time with them again. Hopefully the management or owner will smarten up and save that palace before it crumbles do to poor customer service, pricing, availability of products and overall business ethics.

I ordered an I/O board for a MacBook Pro at one price, they emailed me and said the price had gone up by $40. I had to have the part, so I went ahead and paid the difference. Two weeks later, I ordered a screen for a MacBook Pro (different client), the same thing happened. I get an email that the price had jumped $60. I called to complain, and the response I got was that they do not have time to make sure their website prices are correct all of the time. Since this was my second order in a row, I canceled the order. I will never order from them again unless they change the way they do business. I can't just tell my clients that the price changed, so you have to pay more. BS, if I give a price to a customer, I keep that price, even if I have to lose money on the transaction.
