I recently purchased a new computer. Chase credit card company could not verify I was the one purchasing the computer, so they blocked the purchase. After I called Chase to verify I was the purchaser, I had to call MacMall to purchase the computer. The agent asked for my complete credit card number, address, and CVV number on the back of the card. My purchase was complete with the agent. The next morning at 3:16 a.m. a unauthorized purchase was made on my card. I had not given my number out to anyone except this agent. I will not be making anymore purchases with this company nor will I recommend anyone buy from them.

Got call from customer service that the product was discontinued but they had another one in different color. There was an upcharge for the other one. If not available, why was it still available for sale wven after the call?
