Macmall has been my go to site ever since I became an Apple convert about 10 years ago. I have yet to find a product I've been looking at a lower price from another site. And I know I will be getting genuine Apple products.

I bought from them more than 100 times I think I had a couple issues, I almost spent K50 on their website. Pros They have good prices They use FedEx, decent shipping time. CONS no coupons available

The product I ordered is fine but getting it was not. I paid for two day shipping because I needed it to arrive within that time period. Not only did I not get it in two days, it was a week. I paid for two day shipping but did not realize it was "two day shipping from when they decided to ship it". Ordered it on a Thursday, it didn't ship until Tuesday and then arrived on Thursday. On the Saturday after I placed the order when I found out I wouldn't be getting it until the following week, I looked on Amazon and could have gotten it in "actually" two days (Monday) for $30 cheaper.

We came to know about Macmall because our son had dealt with them on many occasions and recommended them highly. He is the one who actually researched several sources to find us the iMac upgrade we were looking for. Macmall was great to deal with. The website was very secure and shipping was prompt. We even received a follow up phone call thanking us for our purchase. we would not hesitate to buy from Macmall in the future.
