Placing the order was fast. Price was good. Shipping could be faster. I placed the order in the morning, but it shipped next day for shop runner 2 day. If they could ship the same afternoon I would have 5 stars. It would be one third of time savings.

You guys messed this one up. The PC I ordered has a broken HDMI port. Upon trying to get a RMA I was unable to log into my account. My email address is not registered? You sent receipts and confirms to my email address. How can it not be registered? So far, not a good experience.

After multiple levels of CC verification, they delayed shipment. In trying to return calls, provide CC data, I was cut off 4 times. The "free" shipping is a 3rd party company who did not send updated shipping info. Marginal service to only save $50 on a birthday-gift ipad. They missed the party.

Great price! Shipping on product said next day, then purchased and it changed to two weeks. Also product said Shoprunner eligible, but then sales associate after said it wasn’t.
