If you order directly from McKenzie Child, they have the worst customer service. There is zero phone number to contact them. They do not respond right away. Their products are also not high-quality. Let’s just say their coffee mugs, You can’t even drink anything hot out of them. Bought a lamp that died within three weeks And will not charge I’m sure it was better at one point, but it certainly isn’t anymore

I have never experienced the worst customer service, as I have with Mckenzie Childs. I am shocked at the prices they have, and the caliber or LACK THEREOF, regarding the customer service, that is apathetic, never resolves, but keeps sending emails, saying the same thing. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM, not worth the irritation.

I ordered a tissue box recently in July and I just recently received it. It was a distressed type box which I didnt mind, but the logo came on like a paper/sticker inside the box. The quality used to be much better, and a product like that should have a placard of some sort like they have done in the past. Throwing the logo on there like that just looks cheap and bad quality. Very disappointing

Horrible customer service. Been waiting over a month for my items to be shipped and only 3 of the 8 items have arrived. No one will respond so now I will be getting in touch w the BBB.

I wanted one thing for my 50th birthday. A blue and white teapot from MacKenzie Childs. A couple of my friends gifted it to me. Problems from the beginning. The spout spills water every time you pour from it. It gets discolored and there is no way to remove the stains. A few days ago the knob completely broke off of the top of the kettle. I reached out to MC as well as Williams Sonoma (where the item was originally purchased) and niether company will do anything about it. I've had it a little over a year. Please do not waste your money! Horrible product! Horrible customer service!

Purchased a two piece set during a sale period, and after a month of waiting we were informed the second piece would not be coming "due to an inventory issue" and that the item would not be produced again anytime soon. No concessions, barely an apology, and refusal to accept a return for the second part of the set since it was "bought during a sale period." You can scrap the "final sale" stuff when you can't fulfill your part of the sale.

MacKenzie-Childs website only cares about money. Once you pay for an order they take as long as they want to send the order. I ordered something 3.5 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I wanted it for a special event and did not receive it.. Their attitude is not apologetic, it is arrogant. They don’t care. Horrible customer service. They continue to advertise more sales and they can’t even send orders that have been placed.

Worst & frustratingly slow customer service responses. Very unhelpful email-only customer service and difficulty processing returns or refunds. Returns have to be part d by customer.
