I placed an order was charged/paid. Says I’ll receive it Saturday. Today they tried to charged my card again for a totally different amount for something I did not authorize or order. Luckily I lock my card after every purchase and it was declined. How we is is very unscrupulous practice. I wish I would have searched this companies reviews before I ordered. Hopefully I’ll receive the order o did place and it’s in good condition.

I really wish there was a way to leave 0 stars (or even less than 0 stars). I am going to invite anyone reading this to contact me for more details than I can write in this space. Hopefully that will be someone who really wants to intervene on the behalf of those of us who have made the mistake of purchasing from this "company." Or would like to avoid the big mistake of choosing to purchase from this "company" in the future. Perhaps a lawyer who would like to discuss action. It should be obvious, but I have had not just one but three consecutive horrible experiences with this "company." I can concur with many others below. There is absolutely zero customer relations staff. Well, not a single person who cares to actually resolve a customer's concern. Like the old saying, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. What do you consider yourself if you try yet again, believing that surely the same miserable experience will not happen again. An idiot. That's what you can call yourself. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

The worst run company I have ever purchased from!! No Customer Service or any way to contact them after placing an order. Also, no confirmation email is sent to you stating your order was received. But when you look at your credit card, the funds were withdrawn! It usually takes weeks before you receive an order! Now QVC is selling this brand, next you will see Mackenzie Childs at 711.

The reviews are all correct. The company just will not stand behind their product. I got the heart kettle ($300) for Christmas, the enamel is cracked so the spout leaks badly. I haven't even used it one time yet and they refuse to warranty it. It's bazar. Do not order from them as if something goes wrong you are out of luck 100%

Only half of my order came in and they will not respond to my email!!!

I purchased the Sterling Check 2 Quart Tea Kettle which as $149.00. The handle no longer remains upright which is a safety hazard when use it. The customer service experience was poor, as they do not stand behind their expensive products. She indicated that "overtime, the handle/rivets can loosen, making the handle fall more to the side." Their quality is poor. According to the representative, "this can happen over time. We are unable to assist with this." I have never purchased an item in the United States that the company does not offer any assistance for poor quality products. I would not purchase from this company. Please buy elsewhere and do not purchase MacKenzie-Childs products.

Awful total scam!! Never will shop here again

Unfortunately, the customer service here still has not gotten any better. I wish i had done some review research before ordering. Ive made 3 orders, the first came on time. The second and third experiences within the same month have been terrible. There is no phone # to reach them, and when i requested someone to call me they did but did not leave a message or #. The # they called from stated they do not do calls and to email them. Ive emailed them a number of times, and when my order finally arrived, it was missing an item. I had to email again to be told it was processing. A week later it is still doing so without explanation. One can buy these items through other more reputable stores like Macys or Wayfair, which would be better since they at least have customer service and phone #s.
