I purchased 17 items
I purchased 17 items. 14 were damaged, missing parts, do not fit the description. Dealing with this FRAUD of a company is a joke at best. Most of their warehouse employees are basically rude "losers", who were put in a position of "responsibility" and it has gone to their head. "Oh well, thats the way it is!" is NOT a response. They want you to spend $7 to see if they did not lie about the description, then a $3 lot fee, then 15% add on. When the description of the item at an auction does not match the item, then it is known as FRAUD!! I received 3 items which are not even the same color or have the cords. In other words USELESS. Yet they claim its open box. They slammed a large metal multipiece artwork into a box and bent, scratched all the pieces. They are going to get in DEEP trouble and deservedly so for fraudulent selling. I will NEVER go back! My advice to you is buy it direct from Amazon. mac.bid is a rip off, that all they care about is going on volume and non repeat customers.
