There is a certain amount of risk when you buy returns. However a recent interaction has ended this relationship. I won a bid and was supposed to pick the item up on Dec. 31. I went to pick up the item and the had closed 3 hours early I attempted to place the item on hold and received a notification that my item had been restocked. Called on the 2nd the first available day of what they call customer service and was told they had sent out the hours on the 30th. I searched the emails and there was no notification. That is not the worst of it. The idiot I spoke to was rude , disrespectful and didn’t treat me like a customer he treated me like I owed him something. If your looking to get ripped off and give your money away then do business with mac bid. You might win a few good deals but in the end they are always stealing from you. It is not their intention to be fair. In the 68 deals I allegedly won 40% were junk. If your looking to save money this is not the place to do it.

Absolutely unprofessional and rude customer service. I went to pick up an item on the 31st of Dec. At 3:45. Got there and myself and about a dozen others were greeted to a note on the door saying they closed at 3pm. It's not a holiday. There was not an email or anything on the site that said they would be closing early. I asked if I could still pick up my items. He said Absolutely not. That I forfeited my items,and the notice was on social media. Not everyone goes on their social media site. He said they had a discussion this morning. January2ND. And said, they will not be issuing any kind of refunds to anybody. And basically just said I was out of luck.

This company m@c. bid is a joke. Anyone that buys this sent back ,refunded , missing part, junk from this company is a joke. JUST GO BUY FROM THE STORE WITH A WARRANTY OR RECEIPT!!!! That way you know what you ate getting. Too many bad experiences with these rejects.DONT BID ON THIS SITE. THIS IS YOUR FAIR WARING!!!!!!!!

I saw a high priced medicine cabinet on there, Ibid on it and won. I drove an hour each way to pick it up. Brought it inside realized it wasn't the item that was described. So I drove another hour up and back fro them to tell me it was mislabeled! And on top of it, it may take 2 weeks for my refund to show up! Screw this place! Never again! 4 hours of my life I will never get back. This place is a rinky dinky joke!

Bought several like new items only to find out they were broken. Bought other items that looked like they had been used for a year. I won't buy any high end products because more than likely there broken.

I traveled 2 hours to pick up the product I bought at the auction and they gave me a completely different one, much cheaper and of very poor quality. They leave you waiting a long time standing outside. For them it was very easy to say "we made a mistake" I'm going to give you your money back.

I set up an account for my friend and set the location. He was quite excited about the auction and had made a purchase he was very satisfied with. His next purchase some how added another location back east. He purchased the item at $100 and realized that it was back east....but there was a little shipping icon on the bid itself so he thought it would ship here in Vegas ... we'll that's not the case! So if you don't pick up the item it's considered abandoned and you forfeit your money. BS! It was a mistake. When I went in to talk to them at the N LV location the lady at the door said....let me guess it was the Butler location. So they know there is a problem with the app...but she just works there. Wow THEY ARE THIEVES! DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. AND THE EXTRA FEES ARE BS ALSO. NELLIS AUCTION IS THE BEST! Negative-10

I placed a bid on an item and won. When I emailed to ask about their holiday hours and being able to pick it up by the deadline, I got no response. The deadline was the day after Thanksgiving and because I was out of town, I needed to make arrangements to have someone pick up the item for me. I got no response by email so on the day of the deadline, I called. Wasn't able to speak with anyone so I left a message. 3 hours later after no response I called again. Thinking they must be closed because of the holiday I didnt make arrangements to have the item picked up. I received an email the next morning they were charging me a restock fee and I could no longer pick up the item. Cost me about $100 to learn NOT to do business with them! Im still waiting on a response to three emails and a voice message and it's been 6 days since the first email was sent.
