thank you for your kind words and for highlighting the support received from Anna. She is indeed young but highly skilled, and your recognition of her guidance through the design, installation, and fine-tuning process means a lot to our team. We’re pleased that our product quality and the ability to fine-adjust the sail’s tension met your expectations. Your tip on using graph paper and our install guides is very helpful for other customers as well. We look forward to assisting you again for future projects!

thank you for your feedback and for appreciating the quality and performance of your Maanta Reef Roll shade. We’re glad to hear the installation went smoothly. Regarding the manual crank system, we understand your concern about the time required to fully raise or lower the shade due to the current gear ratio. For improved comfort and daily usability, we strongly recommend switching to a motorized version. It's ideal for frequent adjustments and can be controlled effortlessly. Feel free to contact us for upgrade options, our team will be happy to guide you.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We know Maistra has many parts, which can make the instructions lengthy. If you could let us know which parts you found difficult, we would really appreciate the feedback and would be happy to assist you. We hope you enjoy the final result of your Maistra Canopy on your beach! We're proud it's an Italian design.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration and want to address your concerns thoroughly. First, regarding our response time: due to the high volume of inquiries during our sale period, our usual response times have unfortunately been extended to about four days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience. As for the return policy, we’d like to clarify that custom-made products, such as your Reef Roll, are non-returnable, as clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase. However, we do take reports of damage during transit seriously. As mentioned in our previous emails, we are more than willing to provide replacement parts for the components that were scratched or damaged. This way, you can fully enjoy your product without additional costs. On the topic of installation, we understand your frustration with the instructions. We’ve made more detailed manuals available on our website and sent you these resources via email. In addition, we offered dedicated support to guide you through the installation process. However, to provide the most effective assistance, we’re still waiting for the requested photos to better understand the specific challenges you’re facing. While the vast majority of our customers successfully install their motorized shades without issues, we are committed to helping you overcome any difficulties. Please know that our goal is your satisfaction, and we’re here to support you in making the most of your purchase

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points: your request to receive the product by Thanksgiving was prioritized, and we successfully delivered it a day earlier. Had you placed your order during the Black Friday discount period, as you mentioned, the item would not have arrived on time. We have responded to your emails and provided return labels as requested. The concern you’ve raised seems to stem from not receiving an additional discount after your purchase, which we couldn't accommodate since your order was completed prior to the already announced promotional period. We strive to offer the best service possible and regret that this experience didn’t meet your expectations.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns and would like to clarify. As mentioned in our email response, the fabric is indeed 4 3/8 inches narrower than the total width of the structure. This detail is clearly stated in the section where you entered the measurements for your drop awning. Regarding the panel you mentioned as being 60 inches wide, we can confirm that this is not accurate. The fabric is 74 inches wide and consists of two pieces, each 60 inches tall. Simply unrolling the fabric and installing the awning will show that everything is as it should be. If you encounter any further issues or need assistance during installation, we are happy to help.
