Delivery kept being delayed (3times)…
Delivery kept being delayed (3times) from when we were emailed it would arrive, so was difficult to plan for our contractor to arrive. Also, ordered more of the “glue” that is supposed to mix itself when installing the screws. It also was late in arriving and one of the tubes did not mix itself. It was a mess for the contractor who had to get it all out and stir it then push it into the hole.

Unfortunately, a sudden change in customs regulations caused unforeseen shipping issues during that period. We're also very sorry to hear about the problem with the chemical anchor.
