The shirt I ordered was too small but Moonshot immediately replied to my email and provided me with a code to order a new one. Amazing customer service!

I've ordered from m00nshot twice now. Both times I've had great ordering and shipping experiences, but this recent order was even better. I went with the "Luxury" option for the second order, but didn't know what size I'd be (actively losing weight) so I ordered two different sizes. When I asked to exchange the larger size, they responded super quick and made the process VERY easy. So yeah, their designs are awesome and the customer service is amazing. Looking forward to getting more tees from them!

Exceptional experience. I have ordered 2x & will DEFINITELY be back. Not only does the store have a great variety of items, the products are good quality, and the customer service I received is some of the best I have ever from a company. Better than most vendors on Etsy. Quick response, personalized service, and they even went above and beyond to try to help an order make it in time for the holiday, despite me missing the order deadline. I did not ask for this, and they did so at no extra cost. Size exchange was a breeze. I’m excited to see what new products come out, as I think I just found my new favorite go-to store. Don't hesitate to trust this company!

Ordered two shirts and very satisfied. Top quality and the soft tees are really soft. Will be ordering more.

Reliable- easy to contact. Very nice t-shirt material. The luxury ladies t’s are super soft and a great cut. I’ll be using moonshot for any funny t idea going forward.

Anthony at M00nshot was amazing and helped me get the right size shirts with no questions asked and zero financial hassle. Shirts are amazing quality. Highly recommend!

I ordered a size too small (didn't read that the sizes tend to run small) and they were so helpful in the replacement process to get me the right size. Great customer service and nice quality, would buy again!

Highly impressed with their shirts and customer service. Have ordered several times and when one order wasn't up to par, they made it right at no cost or hassle on my end. Would definitely recommend and will order again.
