M IktopsReviews of m.iktops.com

All I can say is WOW!! My Customer Service experience was fantastic!! They answered my e-mail request promptly, listened to my concerns and followed through with solutions. What more can I ask for!!! Thank you so much M Iktops!

I ordered two halter tops, same top different colors. The tops are amazing soft material, good quality material, and good colors. The tops are, however, did not work for me. They did not give me the support I need to wear the tops without a bra as shown in the pictures. So real disappointed in the tops. The customer service however has been Great! They have been quick to respond and very helpful and eager to work out my disappointment. I would order again from this company when I find a suitable item.

I ordered this really cool pant jumpsuit from their website. When it arrived I noticed it didn’t fit like the photo (the buckle straps at the tightest option wasn’t enough to raise the top to be able to wear without a bra like the photo without everything still showing , and I’m not a huge breasted woman) and saw that I couldn’t order a smaller size to try. Thinking this would be another hassle since this wasn’t shipped from the US, I reached out to customer service with the issue. To my surprise, they were prompt in responding AND resolving the issue. So much so that I responded back to them about it. I’m disappointed the outfit didn’t fit, but I would happily buy something else from their site. Honestly the best, quickest, and simplest customer service I’ve ever dealt with buying online.

Customer service was excellent. They addressed any issues I had quickly and were very understanding. I love my alls. I just didn't want 3 colors. I only wanted to keep 1 and they were very accomodating. I will buy from them again.

Excellent customer service!

I had a problem with the fit of the bikini I ordered so I contacted Customer Service. They were quick and efficient and solved my issue to my satisfaction.

I'm disappointed that I did not receive the product I ordered. I got a message saying it was delivered, but it wasn't in my mailbox. I contacted the post office, but the tracking number was not a USPS number so they couldn't track it. I am pleased the company refunded me right away after all of this.

Excellent customer service when I ordered a dress that didn't fit.
