M IktopsReviews of m.iktops.com

Ordered the tank tops with bra inserts- very nice product, lovely fabric & quality- but the cups did not fit properly. I initially had some difficulty making my return but ultimately they refunded me & I appreciate the service.

I'm disappointed that I did not receive the product I ordered. I got a message saying it was delivered, but it wasn't in my mailbox. I contacted the post office, but the tracking number was not a USPS number so they couldn't track it. I am pleased the company refunded me right away after all of this.

My tops did not fit right. At first I was not getting a response on how to return but they ended up crediting my account. I appreciate the credit.

Although the tank top did not fit, the experience was good. The sizing fits a bit big but I returned them without issue. They were easy to deal with and the process was timely.

Usually, if you have to return something where you’ve shopped online, it becomes a big problem. They don’t want to give you a return label. They don’t want to refund your money and here you have merchandise you cannot use. In this case, I experience with Kaus was very good and pleasant. Although they did not want me to send the merchandise back and told me just to keep it or donate it, they gave me a refund to my credit card in a relatively short space of time. Very pleased with the outcome.

Unfortunately one of the dresses I received was not the one I ordered or I would have given a 5/5 When I contacted them, I received a prompt response asking for a picture to verify the error. After that, I received another prompt email from Klaus indicating my refund was forthcoming. Excellent, professional and prompt customer service works for me!!
