M IktopsReviews of m.iktops.com

I ordered two halter tops, same top different colors. The tops are amazing soft material, good quality material, and good colors. The tops are, however, did not work for me. They did not give me the support I need to wear the tops without a bra as shown in the pictures. So I am disappointed in the tops, BUT the customer service however has been Great! They have been quick to respond and very helpful and eager to work out my disappointment. I would order again from this company when I find a suitable item.

I bought 2 of the U neck shapewear bra tops and absolutely love them. I had ordered XL for that first order and they were ever-so-slightly big. So i ordered three more in different colors and thought L would be perfect. Turns out L was too small. I reached out to the company to see if i could exchange them but instead they gave me a refund and said i could keep the three tops. I also received very nice direct customer service. I went ahead and bought the same three colors in XL. Can’t wait to get them!

Shopping on the website was easy and I liked that they give you a discount if you puchase more than 1 item. The order did take about 1 month to get to me, which I thought was a long time. Regardless, I purchased 2 of the U Neck Shapewear built-in bra tank, size US8/10 L and 2 of the Built-in Bra Ribbed Round neck tank size US8/10 L. The shapewear tank tops fit perfectly, I love the material and fit! Unfortunately the ribbed tank tops were too small for me, the tank top was short so the built-in bra didn’t cover me enough. Customer service responded quickly to my request to refund & return the small tank tops which I appreciated. The request was approved and they will issue my refund within 7-10 days.

The dress I ordered was a lovely dress, just what I was looking for, however, because I am short waisted, the dress did not fit. I would probably have ordered a medium in this case. At any rate, the company is delightful to work with.

The product was good quality and the medium size was correct. Customer Service was available and they handled my request as expected. Would order from them again.

Although the top I ordered was of good material and style, it didn't fit me well so I contacted Customer Service and the response was prompt and the rep was very helpful. I am happy with their service.

Ordered the tank tops with bra inserts- very nice product, lovely fabric & quality- but the cups did not fit properly. I initially had some difficulty making my return but ultimately they refunded me & I appreciate the service.

Although the tank tops themselves did not fit me well, the customer service was outstanding, and they resolved my issue quickly and easily. Since I had such a great experience with their customer service, I would encourage others to consider ordering from the brand even though it may be difficult to figure out your size online.
