I purchased tickets for Bottlerock music festival in Napa specifically to see Stevie Nicks. Obviously, the pandemic postposed the event a few times. Eventually, she ended up dropping out of the show completely and I was devastated. With the festival being only a month away I didn't think I would be able to get a refund. However, I reached out to Lyte customer service to see if they could help me. I got a response from Marie within an hour of my email and she offered me a full refund.
