I put myself on the waiting list for a NYCC Saturday badge through Lyte since they sold out in minutes during pre-sale I was notified the night before General sales that I was locked in for one. Marie’s customer support was helpful in addressing several questions I had leading up to a music festival. When I was unhappy with a situation, she went above and beyond to make it right for me. I asked a question and got an answer in a relatively quick time but more importantly also got a follow-up from the answer which is key to customer service.

Marie was great. Our tickets were sent to the wrong address to start. At this point we just wanted a refund because of the concerning covid delta variant on the event and Stevie Nicks dropping out. Marie was able to cancel our ticket swaps and refund our money.
