I emailed a question to the support desk and was shocked that I received a personal email back and not an auto generated response. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get through to a human! and their response was within 24 hours of my email. overall very happy with my experience.

This should have started with 1 star because Lyte’s interface did not allow me to edit payment info, as instructed. BUT. My situation was handled by a wonderful woman named Marie. She responded in a timely and efficient manner. She was also very kind, which is sometimes hard to find. Marie gets the full 5 stars, but the glitches on the site that led to the problem should be resolved.

Dead handy way to sell tickets to events you can't go to while avoiding tours and scalpers charging people outrageously. Had a small issue finding my ticket in the system but customer support were super helpful and very quick.

It's been a while since I've received any notification of updates regarding shipping of Lost Lands passes so I reached out to Lyte's support email and Rachel was able to reassure me an email will be sent including tracking information when my batch ships out. No confirmations yet but I anticipate their arrival before 9/21!

Ordered something by mistake. Notified them if my desire to cancel and they responded and cancelled right away. Rachel from Team Lyte took care of it. Great service.

Lily handled my "stressed-out" messages so nicely. She didn't make me feel like I had to fight for what I was asking for and I really appreciate that. Because of this experience, I now have a better idea of Lyte's business and won't hesitate to utilize the service in future.
