I bought tickets in FESTICKET with a Booking Protect, unfortunately as you know FESTICKET changed his name to LYTE I have my email where I got the ticket for the festival ROAM 2023 that was cancelled and until this day no one is giving me my money back. WHO'S GONNA ANSWER? I have the email of my tickets and sends me when I click it immedietely to your webpage LYTE SO ARE YOU GONNA GIVE ME MONEY?

The ability to be on a waitlist for a ticket that becomes available- instead of pay an "outrageous" price for tickets from a third party company SHOULD SAY IT ALL! Hello Lyte in my life, good bye live nation, and Ticketmaster!

I was able to return my tickets less than an hour before the gates opened because we unexpectedly had to go home to tend to a sick pup. I was super impressed by the offering. There was some issue with the PayPal authorization so I didn't receive my funds immediately, but when I reached out to support, they solved my issue immediately!

They quickly responded to me by email letting me know what there was an issue in the process on Paypal, and gave me the estimated date for the refund. Keep me updated with all the information and I'm very very satisfied how they handled the issue I had on the refund of the ticket.

I decided to use lyte to resell my tickets to gulf coast jams since I could no longer attend. I thought this was a reliable site since they contacted me via the platform we used to purchase our tickets. We returned the tickets in January and even received a confirmation email in January stating our return would be issued June 5th. On the 5th no refund was issued and like everyone else I was told it was PayPal issues. I responded for more details about this issue and they have NEVER responded! And still NO refund. NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE. Updating this to say after leaving reviews on numerous platforms and filling a complaint with the better business bureau, I have received my refund.

Despite some hiccups with PayPal, the team at Lyte really came through. Thank you so much for all your help.

Sold my Bottlerock tickets and never received my payment. Lyte said Pay pal error. Contacted Paypal and they have not received any info from LYte. was supposed to get refund on May 30th.
