LyteReviews of lyte.com

Most amazing customer service, especially in this day and age, there was an error in purchasing, it was a bit of error on both parts, they technically didn't have to refund but in any case, they were super fast to respond and gave an immediate refund without any further correspondence. I would DEFINATELY recommend, thank you!

These guys are very good professionals great communicators thank you

I asked for a map of the campsites and you sent me one in a timely manner.

The service was faster than i expected as online help. They emailed me back quicly and helped me to solve my problem. They carefully consider and understand my issue. Thank you!

I was waitlisted for tickets for Burning Man from four months ago and forgot to cancel the order. I freaked out when a $743 charge came through. After a few emails to them, someone finally replied and canceled my order and refunded the tickets. I had a few days of stress, but it all worked out. Thank you Lyte for refunding.

They are extremely quick and very professional. Highly recommend

I needed exchange tickets for the AVP Manhattan Beach Open and Lily did a great job of canceling and refunding the tickets that were ordered by mistake. I was very relieved and couldn't be happier. Thanks Lily

I couldn't transfer my ticket even though it was promised. Support did not answer. The website is professionally done, but the user experience is negative.
