Live it but very confusing

Server rarely goes down or needs help but when assistance is needed it’s hard to get it quickly especially if you aren’t American. Other then occasional support problems it’s a great host with good prices :)

They yelled at me in the discord for no reason.

Well when i used them they were alright but everytime they said the yfixed something they created a new error also they say they respond really quick but one time it took 2 days for a responce and it was hi how may i help you their panel is the only good thing about them and also they tell you what to do and say their to busy to fix a problem for you when you see them playing unturned and listening to spotify. NOTE:DO NOT USE THESE IF YOU ARE WANTING A GREAT SERVICE

I was having issues trying to figure out why my server wasn’t up yet so I made a support ticket and Alexr Replied and instantly brought it up I’d say 10/10 support right there! If you like fast support and reliable game services you’ve come to the right place!

Keep getting flagged as fraud, supposed to be reviewed and never does. Lost business and went elsewhere Edit: Support replied saying you need to open a support ticket, while when the fraud comes up it says it will get reviewed and will get a response shortly. Says absolutely nothing about needing to open a support ticket to fix the issue. If that is what's needed, fix your website to be updated with accurate information

The staff is really nice and helpful but sometimes the way things are done are a bit tidiest but over all a really great place to own your first sever.
