Hey There, We have gone ahead and removed any outdated plugins from our Mod Manager for Unturned. We're sorry that our ticket response time was over 24 hours. When a client uses the website to submit a ticket, it doesn't always come through to our Staff Discord Category, therefore, we have now set guidelines in place to ensure our Support Agents use our billing panel to ensure swift responses to clients, ensuring they don't get missed. Hello, Sorry to hear about your experience. Just want to let you know a few things. - Our staff doesn't work 24 hours around the clock, they are entitled to their own free time, if you see them playing Unturned or listening to spotify then it is their right to do so. mainly because it is not their working hours, if they choose to work during that time, it is up to them. - Do note, that Unturned is a game that always seems to break something after every update. We do try our best to rectify these issues, but we can never fully fix an issue because it always leads onto something else breaking. I've requested a "Find Reviewer" so we can correct these issues you are having. Please respond to it so we can verify that you are a customer with us and so we can get these issues sorted.

Hello, Please email me directly `[email protected]` with your client name and any ticket ID's that you feel we was arrogant on and I will take a look at this for you. As we know Unturned 3.0 is a laggy, unoptimized game by default but, we don't think our servers affect FPS at all. These types of issues are all down to client side configuration of the server and actual configuration of your game settings. this is my first time hearing of servers affecting FPS ever in game hosting. Our support team are all natively English, they may shorten their responses to get replies out quicker as sometimes at peak times we have lots of tickets to get through, and we mainly ask questions based of what your issue is and what we have experience on what fixes the issues you face. Thank you.
