Some plugins are not working like u essentials or any other tpa plugin. Usually tickets are sorted fast. But last ticket took more than 24 hours and was not helpful at all.

Hey There, We have gone ahead and removed any outdated plugins from our Mod Manager for Unturned. We're sorry that our ticket response time was over 24 hours. When a client uses the website to submit a ticket, it doesn't always come through to our Staff Discord Category, therefore, we have now set guidelines in place to ensure our Support Agents use our billing panel to ensure swift responses to clients, ensuring they don't get missed. They scammed me, I told them that I had accidentally canceled the account and they ended up canceling it anyway, and what did I pay?
Response from LYHMEHostingFeb 5, 2022
Hey Malcom, You purchased your service on the 28th February, submitted a cancellation on the 3rd and chose it to be immediate. Therefore, you were the one who chose to have your Unturned 3 Service be terminated. If you wish to reach out via Discord, you can. Regards, Conor J Management Team

Lyhme hosting I’ve been using for about 2 months now, and it’s great. All the support team reply quickly, file config is very simple to use. And it’s very easy to use the panel compared to other hostings. Overall I rate a 10/10.
