I am very satisfied with LVK! I am particularly impressed by the speed with which orders are processed - the company works efficiently and always sticks to the promised timeframes. There have been no fulfillment problems so far, which is really something to be highlighted in this day and age. The customer service is also excellent: answers are given reliably and quickly, which makes everyday work a real relief. I would especially like to praise Emi, who always takes care of my concerns in a competent and friendly manner. One small point that could perhaps be optimized is the faster restocking during peak times. All in all, however, a clear recommendation for LVK!

The team at LVK has been exceptional throughout our extended implementation process. Despite it taking us the better part of a year to get up and running (entirely due to delays on our end), the LVK team has been incredibly patient and flexible. Once we were ready to move forward, the onboarding process was very smooth. Nicolas and Sole, in particular, have been incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
