I worked with many 3PLs, including Shipbob and Shipmonk. LVK is by far the most reliable. They own and operate their own warehouses, which means any issues can be resolved quickly, without waiting for a third party. Their customer service and management are also top-tier. I had an issue recently that required a custom solution, Maggie, Carina and their team were instrumental in implementing a fix in time for Q4. If you're looking for a highly trustworthy 3PL with broad US coverage, LVK is the best choice.
