We (OMORPHO) have been using LVK for 4+ years now, and I have been continually impressed with ability of account managers / CS team to serve our complex needs. At the beginning of the year, I requested 1 of their CS members (Carlos) to become our Account Mgr, and he has excelled. Not surprisingly, he has elevated his performance in recent months, and helped us navigate several critical improvements to our business model - eg: transition to zone-based pricing transition, consolidating inventory to 1 wh, coordinating mis-delivered freight shipments, overhauling the automation rules, and much more. I would strongly recommend LVK to any vendor looking for a 3PL to balance fast-paced shipping with premium customer service.
