LUXY IncReviews of luxyride.com

LuxyRide has removed travel-anxiety for me. The drivers I have had were on time, professional and courteous. The vehicles I have been in were luxurious and most importantly, clean. For COVID safety, each driver wore a mask. I am relieved to have found an affordable auto service to take me to and from the airport.

I had a last minute change in travel, and Luxy was able to adjust on a moment's notice.

Forget the other competition this company did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. They are very personal and especially Mike.

I recently had a great experience with Luxy. Our driver was punctual, friendly, and extremely professional. I will definitely recommend the service to friends and family.

We used Luxy for our latest trip the ride to the airport was fantastic the ride home from the airport they sent two small of a vehicle and we had to call someone to bring my wife home and they wouldn’t even return my call or even apologize for the amount of money they charge there should be better customer service just use Luxy again October 22 rides both ways were amazing great communication I increased their rating to five star

Easy to set up online. When we landed at JFK , a message was waiting for us from our driver, We contacted him once we had our luggage and he picked us up within 5 minutes. The SUV was clean and comfortable and the ride to our home in CT was very good.

Had to fly in during a snow storm. Luxy customer service went out of their way too make sure I had a 4 wheel drive vehicle too keep my family safe...very pleased thank you.

Driver was courteous,as well as, helpful. Customers were elderly with physical limitations.
