We used One Way Limo to go to Newark. We were afraid the entire drive. Our driver, Benedict, seemed tired or distracted. He swerved into other lanes many times, other drivers honked their horns or he almost hit them. He also swerved into the rumble strips at least four times. He would then go very fast, almost 85, then drop down to 40 mph quickly in the passing lane. The final dangerous straw was when he missed our exit to Newark and BACKED UP ON THE HIGHWAY to get to the exit. I’m not one to leave reviews but that is beyond dangerous and we were shocked that it happened and I do not want others in that situation as well.

I waited at the airport and the limo was not there I waited a while and finally called your service only to be told the driver had a problem with the tire and couldn’t come out to get me so I was stuck in Hartford without a ride to my sisters. I picked a taxi cab who was waiting there and actually he turned out to be a wonderful person. I would never ever choose your service again. And my sister feels the same way.

Terrible driver. Almost missed flight.

Driver wasn’t at airport on time and went to the wrong terminal. Didn’t seem to know what he was doing.
