horrible service. driver was not there when i came out. i had to stop and go to the bathroom for a quick few minutes due to traffic on the freeway, and luxy charged me. i will never use this service again. i am an executive who travels every week for business....you just lost a lot of business due to your poor service. i will certainly never recommend your service.

Prices went waay up but I still booked because I liked the prior drivers I have had. I booked again to take me to the Liver Transplant Center in Orlando for my 6th month appt. The day of the appt. I was violently ill so called immediately. It was mid morning and my pick up was for 11:30 with a return trip at 3:15pm. Unfortunately, I didn't write down the exact time that I called so it got logged in at 11:07 when the cancellation email was sent. The driver had already called me and he hadn't been told that the trip was cancelled so I gave him the information before he left for my initial pick up. Days later I called to see what type of refund I would be receiving and was told zero. Said I didn't call until 11:07 (the time they sent their email). Even if you buy their timeline, no gas was used, no driver time, no wear and tear on the vehicle and no reason for other fees and tips. Now I have to find another company for these appts.

NOT HAPPY! When I booked my ride I told the person that I was talking to to make sure the driver doesn't park in the driveway because it's used for 3 houses. Park in front with flashers on and to come inside to get my luggage. I received an email with these instructions. Well my driver arrived 20 mins early ( I was not ready) and was parked in driveway. I called him and told him I wouldn't be ready til 10:00 and he couldn't park in driveway. Also, reminded him that he was to come in and get my luggage for me. These were the instructions and they were on my email that I received from Luxy confirming my driver and date etc. He said he did not know this? It was a little after 10 and he wasn't coming in to get my luggage so I had to call him to tell him again? He came in and got my luggage pulling it down the stairs instead of carrying it. It had snowed overnight and the walkway was not shoveled yet, so he pulled it through the snow getting the bottom all wet. I was not happy with the whole experience! The only positive was that the car was comfortable

The driver failed to show up so I resorted to an Uber car. I was credited fully for the ride plus 50. Thank you.

Booked a round trip to NY airport. Driver there was ok, car was in desperate need of shocks and springs. Every bump, pot hole etc. send up up in the air. It was awful. The return trip the driver was unable to stay in his lane so we were constantly being honked at and the car out of lane sensor was continuously going off. To make the ride even worse, the suspension on this car was worse than the first. I had such a headache when getting home. Never again will I use this service.

I am VERY disappointed at the service that is being provided since One Way Limo merged with LUXY. The communication is horrible. I don't get the reminders that I once did. I don't get contact information about the driver including telephone number ( and apparently the driver does NOT get mine either as evidence by my last trip to Baltimore) I am getting tired of hearing that the new system is merging with the old and it takes some time. You should have done this prior to going live to eliminate some of these cliches in the system. As I have used you for over the past three years I have never experienced anything quite like this. I certainly hope that this improves VERY soon or I will be looking for another booking service

I had booked 24/7 Ride to take me to LAX for an international flight. They cancelled at 11:00 pm the night before my flight. As Uber and Lyft are not always reliable from my area to LAX, I called One Way Limo, now Luxyride. They knew I was in a bad spot and did not have time to call around. I was charged nearly double the going rate. I would not use this service again and would not recommend a company that takes such advantage of a customer put in that position by a competitor's failure to honor their commitment.

We have used One way limo several times this past year, all with acceptable service The last time we used this service on or about Oct 10th to go from Madison, CT to JFK the trip was a nightmare. The driver drove very erratically and at times, I was sure he was nodding off. My wife was visibly upset. I asked the driver if he was having a medical emergency When we returned back from our vacation 12 days later, I reported this incident in detail to management at OWL and never received so much as a call back, which was odd considering the 6 plus times I used them in 2019 Ken Bartlett Madison, CT
